Our story

AVR Travels started in 2020 with a simple question: why does travel planning feel transactional? The web is full of booking engines and aggregator sites — none of them know your family. None of them know that your father can’t manage stairs. That your daughter is afraid of small boats. That you and your partner haven’t taken a real holiday since the wedding.

We don’t think travel should be a SKU. We think it should be designed — for one family, for one couple, one trip at a time. So that’s what we do.

In five years we’ve planned over 100 bespoke journeys for families across India and beyond, from Kerala backwaters to the Swiss Alps. Every one was different. Every one was personal. Every one was supported by a real human at the other end of a WhatsApp message — twenty-four hours a day.

We do not aspire to design 10,000 trips a year. We aspire to design every trip well. Quality is the only number we track.

No markup tricks. No "from ₹X" bait. Every itemised cost shared up front — including margins. If a hotel is overpriced, we say so.
