Privacy Policy

When you use the trip planner on this website, you choose what to tell us. The planner asks for:

• ● Who is travelling — traveller type, and the ages of any children, if you provide them
• ● Where and when — the destination you are considering, your rough month and year, and trip length
• ● How you like to travel — trip style and comfort level
• ● How to reach you — your name, and a phone number or email address
• ● Anything else you choose to write in the free-text notes field

Nothing is collected before you fill in the planner. We do not ask for passport numbers, identity documents, or payment details anywhere on this website.

Submitting the planner opens WhatsApp or your email client with your trip details already written out. You press send. That means your enquiry travels through WhatsApp or your email provider, under their terms, and reaches us as an ordinary message.

Because of this, the website itself does not store your enquiry. There is no database behind this site.

Your wishlist is saved in your own browser using localStorage, on your device only. It is never transmitted to us and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

To reply to your enquiry, design and quote a journey, and — if you travel with us — to make the bookings you have asked for. We use your contact details for that conversation and no other purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for marketing. Where a booking requires it, we pass only what is necessary to the specific hotel, airline, or ground operator involved in your trip.

Enquiries that do not turn into a trip are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and then deleted.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to hello@avrtravels.in and we will act on it.

If you would rather we stopped contacting you entirely, say so in a message and we will close the file.

Photography on this site is currently licensed stock imagery served by Unsplash. Loading a page requests those images from Unsplash directly, which means your browser contacts their servers.

Pages here link out to WhatsApp. Once you follow such a link you are on their service, under their privacy terms, not ours.
