Terms of Service

Every itinerary published here is a sample. It shows the shape of a trip we have designed before — the pace, the sort of places, the kind of days. Yours will differ, because we build it around you.

Hotels named in a sample indicate the standard we plan to, not a reservation. Availability, seasons, and your own preferences all change the final selection.

We do not list prices, "from" figures, or discounts anywhere on this site, because we do not sell fixed packages. Every journey is costed for your dates, your party, and the choices you make.

A price becomes real only in a written proposal sent to you by a trip designer. Until you have that in writing, no figure discussed is binding on either side.

Sending the planner form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or emailing us starts a conversation. It does not reserve anything, does not create a booking, and commits neither of us to anything.

A trip is confirmed only when you have accepted a written proposal and the agreed deposit has been received.

We keep destination information, seasonal guidance, and journey detail as accurate as we can, and we review it regularly. Conditions on the ground change — permits, access, opening seasons, weather windows — and we cannot guarantee that everything here is current at the moment you read it.

Where a permit or a seasonal opening is genuinely uncertain, we say so on the page and plan a backup with you.

Valid passports, visas, and any permits required for your nationality are your responsibility. We will tell you what we know is needed and help with the paperwork, but we cannot obtain them for you or be responsible for a refused application.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance on every journey, including medical cover and cancellation.

Hotels, airlines, drivers, guides, and activity operators on your journey are independent businesses. We select them, brief them, and hold them to a standard — and we will always act on your behalf if something goes wrong — but the services themselves are delivered under those suppliers’ own terms.
