Jungfraujoch — Top of Europe
The highest railway station in Europe at 3,454 metres, with an ice palace cut into the glacier and a terrace over the Aletsch.
Mount Titlis and the Cliff Walk
A rotating cable car up to the glacier, and Europe's highest suspension bridge across the drop. Paired with Lucerne in one day.
Lake Como by boat
Bellagio and Varenna are the two towns worth the day, and the boat between them is how to see the lake properly.
The Amalfi Coast
Sorrento, Positano stacked up its cliff, and Amalfi — one of the most beautiful roads in Italy, as a full day from Naples.
Florence and Pisa
The Renaissance city on foot — the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi if you want it — with the leaning tower an hour away.
